PATCHIE — SHIPPING, RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

This Shipping, Returns & Refund Policy explains how Oakmont Media LLC dba Patchie (“Patchie,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles order processing, delivery, returns, and refunds for purchases made at trypatchie.com.


1. Shipping Policy

A. Order Processing

We process and ship most orders within 1 business day.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Processing times may be extended during high-volume periods, promotions, or product launches.

B. Shipping Locations

Patchie currently ships within the United States only.
We do not offer international shipping at this time.

C. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing tracking information.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.

D. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Patchie is not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by:

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Carrier delays

  • Missed delivery attempts

  • Weather or events outside our control

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, you may request reshipment at your expense.


2. Returns

A. Return Window

We accept returns within 60 days of the date the order is delivered.

B. Return Eligibility

To qualify for a refund:

  • Products must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging

  • Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with are not eligible

  • All returns must include the original order number

Due to the hygienic and consumable nature of wellness products, opened items cannot be returned.

C. How to Start a Return

To begin a return, email us at contact@trypatchie.com with:

  1. Your order number

  2. The item(s) you wish to return

  3. The reason for your return

We will respond with return instructions and the proper return address.

D. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Patchie is not responsible for returned packages lost in transit.


3. Refunds

A. Refund Processing

After we receive and inspect your return:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Refund processing typically takes 5–7 business days depending on your bank or card issuer

Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable unless required by law.

B. Refund Denials

Returns may be denied if:

  • The product is opened or used

  • Items are damaged after delivery

  • Items are returned without approval

  • The return is outside the 60-day window

If your return is denied, we may offer to ship the item back to you at your cost.


4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@trypatchie.com.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the product and packaging

  • A brief description of the issue

We will send a replacement or issue a refund where appropriate.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items do not require return unless requested.


5. Subscriptions

If you subscribe to recurring shipments:

  • Your subscription renews automatically at the selected interval

  • You may manage, pause, or cancel your subscription anytime

  • Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the next billing date

Charges for orders that have already been processed or shipped are non-refundable.


6. Exchanges

Patchie does not offer exchanges at this time.

If you want a different item, please initiate a return (if eligible) and place a new order.


7. Missing Packages & Delivery Issues

If your tracking shows your package as "delivered" but you cannot locate it:

  • Check your mailbox, porch, neighbors, or building office

  • Sometimes carriers mark packages delivered up to 24 hours early

If your package is still missing after 48 hours, contact us.

While Patchie is not responsible for stolen or lost packages, we will work with you and the carrier to explore options.
